Your training will always be specifically designed for you, taking into account your goals, your physical and mental needs, and your possible preferences for certain activities. In addition, at the latest once every 6 weeks your training plan will be revaluated and readapted according to your development or your new goals. Only such an approach allows a qualitative and effective work which ensures your personal success.
2. Nutrition
All our Coaches will help and advise you on the choice of nutrition by means of a simple nutrition analysis in order to make you learn to eat in a healthy way while keeping your small pleasures regarding food and having in mind your family and professional situation.
With Coaching Institute you will never be on a drastic diet! Our nutrition method, created by sports physicians, is based on a balanced nutrition which is easy to follow and universally valid.

4. Recovery
In every success, both personal and in sports, it is essential that the parameters of rest, relaxation and recovery are observed. We all know that we can only be efficient and find our full potential if we do not use up our reserves. That is why Coaching Institute developed a range of services which aim at optimization of your recovery and relaxation after a lesson with your Coach: breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, massages, etc.

5. Regularity
To be motivated and train regularly is not always easy with regard to our professional or private obligations. It is easy and human to quickly abandon our objectives and therefore, unfortunately, to delay the results.
Thanks to the help of your Coach, you will stay motivated in the long term and enjoy your physical activity constantly. Because, as we all know, everything is simpler in pair than all alone!
